スイングリズム

今日、この暑い中練習に行ってきました！！

お隣さんに夕方のハーフを誘われましたが、今日は夕方は予定があったもので

お昼の真夏の気温の中練習場へ・・・

新しいアイアン「キャロウェイ　X・20 TOURアイアン」をしっかり自分のものにしたいという一心で・・・

今日は、しかし安定しません。

スイングが悪いのは自分でわかっていたのですが、何を治せば、何を修正すれば良いのかが、自分で分からなかったんです・・・

解決する事も無く、色々な方法を試すが修正できません（汗）

そんな時に隣の打席に二人のお連れらしい方々が来られました。

何気なく話しを聞いていると、

「この前、ナンボだった？」

「８０」

「なんだ、それ！！」

そうです、このお二人は８０では満足ではない方々だったのです。

その後、その二人のスイングを何気なく見ていました。

さすがに、素晴らしい球です♪

ゴルフって本当はこんな球なんだって感じるくらいでした・・・

その後、私も練習を再開。

すると、自分でも驚く力強くきれいな球が・・・

そうです、何気なくその二人のスイングを真似ていたのです。

といっても全てが真似できる訳ではありません。

真似たのは、リズムだけです。

スイングリズム

 ただ、これだけです。

スイングリズムなんて基礎的なことは、コーチや先生について指導を受けている場合はすぐに指摘され、感じないのかもわかりませんが、一人で練習していると気付かないことは本当に多いです。

皆さんも練習場やコースで上手な人のスイングを見てみてください。

必ず何か気付くことがあるでしょう！！

私もこれからは、スイングリズムを意識する事でしょう！！

体験すると、それは少なからず自分のものになると思います。

さぁ、私もこれからもっと色々学びたいと思います。

Im totally confused after reading information on this site, and other websites and blogs. Which supplement, or nutritional supplements, should you actually be taking? One site says x is good for you, the other says it wastes your muscles, dont listen to them. Can anyone sort through the marketing hype and deliver actual honest feedback on good supplements to use?
