今日から始動(^^♪

今日は一日中、暖かく春の日差しでした。

という事で、いよいよ、今晩から始動！！

さぁ夕食後、ランニング！！

と思ったら、古傷の右ひざが100mも走らないうちに悲鳴を上げました(>_<)

結局、妻と一緒に約40分間歩いてきました。

たったこれだけでも、ももをしっかり上げて歩く事で軽い運動になります。

最近、Door　to　Door　で全く歩かない生活なので、こういうところから、コツコツとはじめて行こうと思います。

帰ってから少し素振りをして、一日目は終了！！

やっぱり、少しでも身体を動かすと気持ちが良いですね。

頑張りま～す！！
