今日は雨

今日は、私の住む米子も雨でした。

実は、今日ゴルフラウンドの予定だったのですが、メンバーの急な都合もあり中止に・・・

まぁこの雨の中だから良かったような、少し寂しいような(^^ゞ

お昼に米子ゴルフ場の横を通った時には雨の中カッパでラウンドしている人たちを多数見掛けました。

そうです、米子ゴルフ場は国道に面しているので車から中のコースの様子が少し見えるんです。

こういうゴルフ場って都会では中々無いでしょうね(^^ゞ

結局ラウンドは来週という事になったので、少し練習に行ってきました。

久しぶりだったのですが、これがまた悲惨・・・

う～ん、やはり練習はしっかり続けないと駄目ですね(>_<)

何でも継続です。

諦めないことと、継続することですね。

さぁこれから私ももっと頑張りま～す・・・

Im totally confused after reading information on this site, and other websites and blogs. Which supplement, or nutritional supplements, should you actually be taking? One site says x is good for you, the other says it wastes your muscles, dont listen to them. Can anyone sort through the marketing hype and deliver actual honest feedback on good supplements to use?

I was just chatting with my coworker about this last week at Outback steak house. Don't remember how we landed on the subject actually , they brought it up. I do remember having a excellent steak salad with cranberries on it. I digress...
