またまた、随分とご無沙汰しておりました(^^ゞ

私事ですが、色々ありまして・・・

また、ゴルフを再開できる状態になりましたので、当ブログも少しづつでも更新して行こうと思います。

今回は、ゴルフのグリップについて少し書いてみようと思います。

基本的な事ですが、ゴルフでは重要な部分でもありますので読んでいただけると嬉しいですね。

ゴルフのグリップは、人とゴルフクラブをもつ接点になっています。

当然の事ですが、正しくスイングするためには、とても重要なことになっています。

ゴルフのグリップの種類は色々とあります。

ゴルフのクラブのをいかに上手にコントロールして、力を効率よく伝えることができるかはとても重要なことです。

右利きの場合、グリップは右手が左手の上に来るように左手から右手といった順番で握るのが一般的です。

左手のグリップはクラブが指の付け根にくるようにクラブを持って握るのがいいといわれています。

ゴルフクラブを握るときには、拳にあまりクラブが行かないようにして、浅めにもって握るのがゴルフのグリップの握り方です。

ゴルフのスイングとゴルフのグリップの握り方関係があると言われていて、正しいゴルフのスイングができるということは、きっちりとゴルフのグリップを握っているということになります。

ゴルフをこれから始めようかと考えている人はゴルフのスイングの練習よりも、まずはゴルフのグリップの正しい握り方をマスターするほうがいいと思います。

ゴルフの正しいグリップの握り方ができるようになれば自然にゴルフのスイングも良くなりますしよく飛ぶようになりますよ～。

After using a whole cocktail of sports supplements, and reading the advice here and on so many other blogs and websites, Ive come to the conlusion that I am totally confused. I mean, what really, is the very best sport supplement pre workout drink to use? Ive tried Jack3d and No Xplode and all the rest, they all seem pretty similar to me.

Im totally confused after reading information on this site, and other websites and blogs. Which supplement, or nutritional supplements, should you actually be taking? One site says x is good for you, the other says it wastes your muscles, dont listen to them. Can anyone sort through the marketing hype and deliver actual honest feedback on good supplements to use?

@ Jim I know what your mean. In the current economy its hard to find a job that pays well and is stable . I have discovered that if you just work hard and are consistent you can succeed. Look at the writer of this article, they are oviously a hard worker and have just been consistent over time and are now enjoying at least what would appear as somewhat of a success. I would encourage everyone to just keep hustling and moving forward.
