初心者向けゴルフ練習方法

今回は初心者向けに「ゴルフ練習方法」の基本的なことについて書いてみようと思います。

私もプロでもレッスンプロでも無いですし、大したスコアも出せずに練習の日々ですが、初心者の方に多くメッセージをいただきますので、初心者の皆さんに分かり易く書いてみますね(^^♪

まず、初めにゴルフの練習場に行って実際に打って見るときの話からです・・・

ゴルフボールを置く位置から最初は分からないものですよね。

アドレスでゴルフボールを置く場所によって打つゴルフボールの種類は決まるといわれています。

スライスフェードを打ちやすくすることもできますし、フックドローを打ちやすくすることもできます。

ゴルフボールを左の方においておけばスライスフェードがしやすくなりますし、右に置くようにすればフックやドローが打ちやすくなるというわけです。

ゴルフボールを置くときには何を基準にしておいて練習をすればいいのかというと、基本的には９番アイアンでスタンスの正面に置くと考えます。

そしてそこから順番に長い番手になれば左よりにしていきます。ゴルフボールを動かすのではなくて、スタンスの幅を広くするために左に寄せると思うといいと思います。

ゴルフ練習場へ行った場合には、周囲の人に気を配りましょう。

素振りの練習をする場合には前後に人がいないことを必ず確認してまた、自分の打席にあるゴルフボールに当たらないようにも注意しましょう。

打席を囲んでいるフェンスや自動のティーアップ機器にもぶつからないようにして、初心者の場合にはクラブの長さにあまりなれていませんから、本当に注意しなければいけません。

最初は誰でも練習場に行くのも怖いものです。
