またまた、久しぶりの投稿です(^^ゞ

あまりの猛暑にゴルフも辛かった夏が過ぎて盆明けから急に涼しくなりましたね♪

ゴルフに良い季節です。

また、練習しないと・・・・

そんなことから、今回は「ゴルフレッスン」について書いてみようと思います。

ゴルフを上達したいと思っている人は、ゴルフのレッスンをプロに習うのが一番かもしれません。

いきなり上手にゴルフができる人はいませんからまずは、ゴルフ練習場にいるレッスンプロに習うと手軽でいいかもしれません。

ゴルフの基礎は独学では身につくものではありませんから、プロにゴルフの基礎を習っておけば後々正しいゴルフをすることが出来ます。

まぁ私は独学だったからボロボロですが（汗）

レッスンをしてくれるプロの先生も色々な人がいると思いますから、評判や口コミなどを聞いてみるのもいいかもしれませんね。

また、自分でレッスンをしているところを見学してみて、どの先生がいいのか自分の目で選ぶのもいいと思います。

ゴルフレッスンを受ける場合には出来れば先生は一人にしましょう。

色々な先生がいるなかでゴルフの教え方が多少方法が違っていることがあります。

基本のゴルフの方法を1つ身につけるためにも、一人の先生に習うのがいいと思います。

どのスポーツでも共通して言えることなのですが出来れば、ゴルフレッスンをしたあとは、ゴルフの復習を自分でするのがいいと思います。

復習はゴルフでいうと実践でもう一度からだで思い出すということです。

復習をして正しい姿勢でできているかも先生にチェックしてもらうとゴルフの上達の近道になると思います。
