今日は、ゴルフのスイングについて少し書いてみようと思います。

私はゴルフのプロでもコーチでもありませんので、あくまで私個人が思う一般的な事で書いてみますので、太平洋のように広い気持ちで読んでいただけると嬉しいです(^^ゞ

ゴルフというのは最大で14本のゴルフクラブを使って、距離や方向、軌道などを考えてゴルフクラブを使い分けていかに少ない打数でボールをホールまで持っていくのかを競争するスポーツですよね。

早速、「そんな前置きは良い！」と突っ込まれそうですが・・・

しかし、やはり人よりも遠くへ飛ばしたいなどと、思いませんか？

遠くにボールを飛ばすためのスイングをフル・スイングを行ってみても、結果は散々という場合が本当に多々あります（汗）

ゴルフを始めるとすぐにゴルフのスイングを練習する人がいますが、スイングの練習は、まずはグリップの握り方をマスターしてからにしましょう。

そしてスイングをする前には、セットアップの仕方を覚えなければいけません。

セットアップの仕方というのは、簡単に書くと構え方の事です。

セットアップの仕方は、ボールの前に立ってゴルフの正しいグリップをしたら、脚は肩幅くらいに広げて膝を軽く曲げてお尻は少し後ろに突き出して上半身は前かがみにして構えます。

そして体重は両足に同じようにかかるようにして、肩の力を抜けばセットアップが完成です。

もちろん、これが全てでは無いですよ（汗）

専門家が専門書を書いたらセットアップだけで色々な事を書く事が出来て本にまとまらないという話を聞いた事があります。

しかし、そんなに難しく考えないで、やはり一番は楽しんでゴルフしましょうね～

それが一番！！
