前回、「パターについて」という事でゴルフクラブのパターについてご紹介しました。

そこで今回は、ゴルフのパッティングについて少し書いてみようと思います。

ゴルフのパッティングは、スコアアップの為には最も重要だと言われています。

一般的には18ホールのコースの中でパー72が基準打数に決められていますから、全て２回で入れる２パッとしたとして、その中の半分の32打がパットになります。

思った以上に多い事にビックリしませんか？

パッティングはそれだけゴルフのスコアーにも大変関わってくると思います。

パッティングが上達すればゴルフの腕も上がってくると思います。

という事でパッティングの練習は必ずやっておいたほうがいいでしょう。

パッティングの場合アドレスは特に決められた形というのはありません。

むしろ、自分で打ちやすいアドレスでパッティングをすればいいとススメルプロもいるぐらいです。

パッティングは自由にやればいいとはいっても、毎回パッティングの方法が違っているのではなかなか安定することがないと思いますから、自分の中でのパッティング方法というのは決めておいたほうがいいと思います。

アイアンなどのアドレスと近いようなアドレスにするのが理想的だといわれています。

ゴルフボールの位置が、構えたときに左目の真下にくるようにして、ゴルフボールと目の間隔をきちんと保つようにするとパッティングが上達します。
