ゴルフのアドレスについて

今回はゴルフのスイングの基本ともいえましょうか？

「アドレス」について少し書いてみようと思います。

ゴルフのアドレスというのは、一般的にボールをクラブで打つときの構え方のことを言います。

正しくアドレスをしないと思っている通りにボールをクラブで打つということができません。

とはいえ、私の知り合いでもめちゃくちゃなスイング、格好なのにボールの球筋は素晴らしいという方もいますが、それはあくまで練習量、ラウンド量の違いです。

一般的には正しいアドレス・スイングが基本です。

ここでは、あくまで一般的な事で説明してみます。

ボールを打つ前に、ボールと目標に向かって線を想像してその線に対して、肩や胸、腰や両膝などが並行になるように姿勢を正します。

これがアドレスの基本です。

アドレスは鏡を見て練習をしたり、人に見てもらったりしながらチェックするのがいいと言われています。

具体的な姿勢は、背筋は伸ばして腰は少し折って前に傾く姿勢にし、そして両方の膝を曲げます。

体重はどこかに偏ることなくバランスよく重心を保ってたちましょう。

そして胸を張ってお尻を少し高めにして構えると安定したアドレスになると言われています。

背筋が丸くならないように注意してみましょう！

思った以上に猫背のように背中を丸めた方が多いです。

アドレスがしっかりとできていないとゴルフは上達しないと、私個人では思っています。

是非、しっかりとした基本のアドレスをマスターするようにしてみましょう！！
