今回は、「ゴルフのアイアンショット」について少し書いてみます。

では、アイアンとはどういうものなのでしょうか？

アイアンと呼ばれるクラブは一般的に手前に重心があって、ソールの部分は細めの構造になっていて距離を重視したゴルフクラブというよりも、方向性を重視しているゴルフクラブになります。

このアイアンショットの出来により、その日のスコアにも大きな影響を与えてしまいます。

ウッドショットの時には、フィニッシュでとてもよく振り切るのですがアイアンでは距離を出すというよりも、目標を狙うことが目的ですからあまり大きく降らないようにしましょう。

ゴルフのアイアンには三種類に大きく分けられロングアイアン、ミドルアイアン、ショートアイアンと呼ばれています。

そして、アイアンの番手によって飛距離分けしていきます。

アイアンのヘッドというのはウッドよりもとても重くなっていますからヘッドの重みを利用してスイングをすれば理想的なうち方になると思います。

自然にヘッドがおりてくるのを待ってゴルフボールを打って行くようにするのがベストなうち方だと思います。

まぁ書くのは簡単ですが、実際には中々上手く行かないものなんですけどね(^^ゞ
