今回はゴルフスイング中の「ヘッドアップ」について少し書いてみようと思います。

ヘッドアップというのはどのような状態なのでしょう？

知っている方が殆どでしょうが、初心者がよく犯しやすいミスとして一番多いものだとも言われていますね。

ゴルフボールがどこへ飛んでいくのか気になったためにボールを打ち終わる前に飛んでいく方向を見てしまうというものです。

ゴルフではボールを打ち終わるまでしっかりとアゴを引いて顔を上げるのを我慢しているのが正しいゴルフの打ち方と言われています。

なぜヘッドアップしないで打ち終わるまで下を見ているのがいいのかというと、遠心力がアップしてが良く飛ぶようになります。

そしてスライスが止まるようになりますし、ダフリも減ります。

ゴルフのスライスやダフリで悩んでいる人やなかなかゴルフボールの飛距離が伸びないという人も、きっとヘッドアップが原因だと思いますから打ち終わるまで下を向いていることが大切です。

結局はボールを良く見る！

という事ですよね。

でも、私の場合、見すぎて地球を打つ事も(^^ゞ
